The Exhibition

Taking a cue from last year’s co-location with the Gulf Coast Prospect Expo, GCAGS 2007 is adding a prospect deal-making area within the technical tradeshow to deliver truly something for everyone!  “Prospect Alley” will combine business opportunities with the latest technology –along with university and survey research data and even fossil, gem and mineral specimens – all of which will keep you coming back to the exhibit hall again and again.

Social events such as the Icebreaker and President’s Reception will be held in the exhibit hall and your registration badge is your entry ticket.  Come and Enjoy!  Expo hours are:

Sunday,  October 21                6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Monday, October 22                8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Tuesday, October 23                8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Please note that children under the age of 13 will not be allowed in the exhibit hall anytime during setup or teardown.  During exhibit hours, children under the age of 13 will not be allowed into any activities within the exhibit hall, including the Icebreaker reception, unless they are young enough or small enough to be confined to a stroller, backpack or front pack.  Children 13 and older will be allowed to attend the exhibition during regularly scheduled hours if they are properly registered (as students) and they wear their badges at all times.
